If you are unsatisfied with your glasses, please e-mail us at service@opticstoreonline.com or call us at 1-203-989-0261 and we’ll be happy to exchange your frames with another pair of equal value or refund your order (minus shipping costs) if the order is of lower value and if the new pair is of higher value we will charge the difference plus the shipping.
