If you would like to return the glasses please contact our customer support at support@opticstoreonline.com or call our customer support at 1-800-247-9100 (9AM to 5PM EST)   and provide us with the reason why you would like to send the glasses back so that we can create an RMA # and email you the return form. Every pair of glasses bought from us carries a 30 day guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, we'll follow your instructions mentioned on the return form and reprocess the order accordingly.
