and the finished product are according to the specification that you provide
us.
We inspect the frames and the lenses at several
different stages during the production process. We shipped the glasses in a hard case and with a cleaning cloth so that the glasses are delivered
in a perfect condition.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with
the glasses (frame or the lenses) you can return
the glasses and we will redo the glasses at no addition cost or Process a full refund of material cost (shipping
cost not included) conditions apply**
Return terms and conditions:
> You must
inform us of any defect within 5 business days once you receive the glasses.
> Returns must be made within 15 days period of receiving the glasses. Glasses returned after the expiration of warranty period will not be refunded in any amount
and no further consideration will be made.
> Returns must
include a RMA form with the RMA # (RMA # will be supplied by the customer
support team)
> The tracking #
must be provided to us after sending the glasses along with the RMA #.
> We do not
refund for Shipping and Handling.
> If you decide to select a different frame or lenses of higher value we will credit 100% of the lens cost plus the frame cost that you have purchased (85% credit will be applied for bifocal and progressive lenses) and the difference of cost along with shipping will be applied.
> We will refund 100%
of the lens cost plus the frame cost if you do not like the glasses
(except Bifocal, Progressive and Trifocal lenses. ).
> 15% restocking
charges will be charged for Bifocal, Progressive and Trifocal lenses.
> If your
prescription changes within 30 days of receiving the glasses we will reprocess
the order and will offer 25% off on the lenses.
